What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)
- Assisting with personal care such as showers, dressing, and grooming — the real-life essentials
- Supporting participants to remain comfortable, confident, and independent in their own homes
- Helping with everyday routines and activities
- Following individual support plans with care and professionalism
- Observing changes, noticing the little things, and communicating effectively with the wider team
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in personal care, disability, or mental health support
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
- A good sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)
